Deposit / Pre-Payment		This reservation requires no deposit. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy		To avoid a cancellation penalty of 1 Night Room and Tax, you must cancel at least by 01-09-2017 Reservations made after 01-09-2017 are subject to the same cancellation penalty from the time of booking, and therefore cannot be cancelled at any time without penalty. If you fail to cancel and/or do not show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. If you check out earlier than the date booked, the hotel reserves the right to charge an Early Departure Fee of one or more nights plus tax.
Changes Policy		Changes may be done either via our website or by calling 866-877-3083 or 954-548-0878 by 01-09-2017, as long as those changes still meet any minimum stay requirements. Please do not call the hotel to make changes.
Minimum Stay		Three (3) night minimum stay required
Incidentals		Upon check-in, the hotel will authorize $100 per night to cover incidental charges. This authorization will be released by your bank shortly after checkout if there are no incidental charges for damages and/or room fees.
Resort Fee		$10 per day plus tax. Includes 2 chairs on the beach, use of pools, fitness center, complimentary wifi, local calls, and complimentary beach cruisers (bikes)
Taxes		14% state & local taxes
Parking		Valet Parking Only $42 per night. Pricing is subject to change.
Bedding Requests		Unless specifically guaranteed by the category booked, the bedding request cannot be guaranteed. Hotels do their best to honor requests based on the number of occupants included with the reservation and then the availability of bedding types on the day of arrival.
